OUR LEADERSHIP TEAM

Santu Maity
Co-Founder

He has more than 18 years of experience in the technology space across industries. He is a Postgraduate in computer science and MBA in Entrepreneurship Studies from the University of Liverpool. He is well versed in digital technology stacks such as Web 3.0, Blockchain, Artificial Intelligence, and Cloud, with a special focus on business solutions and enterprise architecture. With a successful track record in delivering large-size critical project implementations across various sectors such as Banking & Finance, Manufacturing, Oil & Gas, Supply Chain, etc., he is a technophile on a mission! In ibind, he is leading product and business strategy by leveraging solid technology and leadership skills to drive scalable product roadmap.

His shared passion for the latest technology and entrepreneurship led him to pursue the path of starting ibind. Apart from his academic accolades and industry experience, he is a writer, speaker, and contributor in the field of Digital Transformation, Digital Business Models as well as a mentor to students and young professionals. He is determined to share his knowledge of technology with others to optimize their processes with technology that adds value to the business.  

Sanat Bhat
Co-Founder

He is a Chartered Accountant from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) and Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA). Prior ibind, he has built an early stage Venture in Tele Med and Tele Pharma space, which was taken over by Ajanta Pharma Group as closed deal in 2019. He as well comes in with an experience of Consulting at IBM Southeast Asia, Investment Banking at EY and Venteran Bobby Parikh's boutique firm. Sanat's work at IBM Blockchain unit was covered by Your Story media in 2021.

Financial Services and Business has been the focus of Sanat in last 7 years. His sheer passion to solving problem in financial services sector lead him to starting ibind. At ibind, Sanat drives the business, marketing, operations and finance functions for all regions. He leverages the subject matter knowledge along with Business and Sales strategies to build a competitive advantage for ibind in various markets.

Sanat loves playing chess; you can be his friend instantly over a game of chess.

I love working at ibind systems! I started my journey with them as an Intern, directly hired from the campus. When I started, everything was new to me. There were many things that I did not know in my college days, but here I got a chance to learn and grow. Right from the beginning, I got the opportunity to work on live products, which was the best thing! I learned about the product life cycles in the production environment very closely. Not once did I have to hesitate to ask anything to anyone on the team, the best part being that the co-founders were very approachable. ibind Systems has a nurturing working environment!
